When you order a report
We use your name, email address, company and website address to produce and deliver the report and to invoice you. To write the report we review your public website; AI tools from Anthropic (USA) help us draft the findings from what we measured, and a person reviews everything. Your name and email are not sent to them. Until online payment opens, you pay by invoice. Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires.
Who processes data for us
PRO ISP hosts this website in Norway. Anthropic (USA) helps us draft findings from the public website we review; under Anthropic's commercial terms this data is not used to train its models.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. If you choose a currency (£ or $), your browser remembers that choice on your own device; nothing is sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing jso@gravityrock.no. We do not sell or share personal information. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (UK) or Datatilsynet (Norway).
